Jennifer S. Roach, Esq., President

Jennifer S. Roach, Esq. – President
Jen earned a degree in Economics from Duke University in 1997 and her J.D. from Northwestern University.  She is a partner in the Competition, Antitrust & White-Collar Crime and Business Litigation practice groups at Thompson Hine LLP. She focuses her practice on litigating unfair competition issues and providing advice and guidance to clients on distribution, franchise, antitrust and unfair competition matters. Jen and her husband have three Newfoundlands and regularly take them to nursing homes and libraries on therapy dog visits.

Jill Dugovics, Vice President

Jill Dugovics, Esq. – Vice President
Jill is a Vice President and Senior Fiduciary Advisor with Hawthorn PNC Family Wealth. She manages fiduciary matters for multi-generational families and entrepreneurs. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Corrections and her Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.  Jill is the Finance Chair for Faith United Church of Christ, a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and the Ohio State Bar.  

Jim Lasher

Jim Lasher - Treasurer
Jim spent 14 years as the CFO of The Elevation Group in Beachwood, OH, 3 years as the Controller and CFO of Belkin Productions, a regional promoter of live concert events and currently works as the CFO with North Coast Community Homes. He graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio. He served as Treasurer on the Benedictine High School Board of Trustees. He and his wife, Kara, have been very involved in animal welfare organizations in the Cleveland area, including the Cleveland Animal Protective League and The Sanctuary for Senior Dogs. They have a shepherd named Brooks.

Alisa Taddeo, DVM

Alisa Taddeo, DVM
Alisa earned her B.S. in biology from Cleveland State University and received her DVM from the Ohio State University in 2000. She has been working in private practice for twelve years, the last six at Lyndhurst Animal Clinic. Alisa’s special interests include spay/neuter and other soft tissue surgery and dentistry. She has also been a part-time surgeon on the Petfix mobile clinic since 2006. She is a single mother of two boys and a girl whose hobbies include vegan cooking and baking, reading, Pilates and playing with her children and dog, Riley.

Linda Mitchell, DVM

Linda Mitchell, DVM
Linda Mitchell, DVM, graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998, fulfilling a lifelong dream that started when she was 5 years old. She graduated from Lordstown High School in 1986 and earned her BA from Hiram College, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1990. After graduating from The Ohio State University, she worked in a local vet hospital for 4 years. In September 2002, Dr. Mitchell started Rainbow Mobile Vet Clinic. After 2 years of mobile practice she expanded to the stationary clinic. Dr. Mitchell lives in the Heights area with her two dogs, Ripley and Bug and three cats, Buddy, Barley and Skittle.

Mark Fazio

Mark Fazio, Esq.
Mark earned his B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1998 and his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2003. He is currently an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP. He focuses his practice on complex business transactions, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and private equity transactions. Mark has two cats – Olivia and Penelope – that run his household.
