On October 1 we will be able to open a limited number of appointments for kittens (<5 mo) and for dogs younger than 2 years and under 45 lbs. These can be booked through the PetFix website only. Thank you for your patience as we navigate the temporary vet shortage at our clinic.

HOW TO CONTACT US:

For any concerns or questions that you have during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9AM – 3PM), please call the PetFix clinic at 216-732-7040 or email us at aftercare@petfixnortheastohio.org. There is no charge for re-check appointments scheduled at the PetFix clinic. There may be additional charges if medication is required.

For post-operative medical concerns or questions after hours or on weekends, please call the PetFix advice line at 216-618-7233. At this number, you will receive instructions in case of a possible emergency after hours.

If your pet requires immediate emergency care or follow-up veterinary care, please contact a full-service veterinarian or emergency clinic. You will be responsible for paying the cost of that visit.
