Important notes about online booking:

  1. If you have more than one animal, please fill out an online appointment form for each one.
  2. If you are making an appointment for more than one animal on the same day, a deposit is required. Please call us at (216) 732-7040 to make a payment over the phone once you've submitted your online appointment forms. Your appointments can't be confirmed until we receive the deposit.
  3. Your appointment is not scheduled in our system until it has been approved by our staff. Once it has, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your online form, please call us at (216) 732-7040.
  4. Appointments for the following day can only be scheduled up until 5pm the day before. If you have made an appointment for the next day after 5pm, it will not be confirmed and it will not show up on our appointment calendar.

Things to keep in mind for your pet's upcoming appointment: 

Cats: Please arrive and check-in between 7:45 am and 8:15 am.
Dogs: Please arrive and check-in between 8:15 am and 8:45 am.

Dogs must come in on a leash, and cats in a secure cat carrier. 


We encourage dogs to be walked behind our building to relieve themselves before being brought inside.

Pick up for your animals will be
same afternoon as their surgery.

If your pet has a current Rabies vaccination, please bring proof of vaccination with you upon check-in.  
(If your pet is not current, they will receive a Rabies vaccination on the day of their appointment for a $6 charge.)

All payment is handled at the time of check-in. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
